Are there any items you will not remove?
We do not transport the following items: gas bottles, liquids such as oil and antifreeze, paint, fuel and fireworks, perishable items, pets, plants and hazardous or toxic goods.
Can we add additional items after our original quote?
Yes it is possible to add on additional items and an updated quote will be provided.
Do you offer a dismantling service?
We can dismantle and reassemble furniture if requested depending on the item and requests made beforehand.
What are your hours of working?
TT Removals offer flexibility to fit around your personal needs offering day, evening or weekend removal services.
Can customers travel in the removal van?
Yes, this is possible depending on how many seats there are available and how many of our team have been booked for the removal. Specific requirements can be added to the booking form or can be discussed prior to removal.
How far do you travel for removals?
Our company offer nationwide removals anywhere within the UK. There is no limit to the distance we cover.
How far in advance do I need to book my moving date?
The earlier the better. While we can sometimes accommodate a last-minute booking this is not always viable. To guarantee a definite date, please give as much notice as possible to secure your moving date in the diary.
Can I provisionally make a booking?
Provisional bookings can be made although if not confirmed within one week then other requested bookings will take priority.
What size van do you have?
We have a Ford Luton van with tail- lift (please see van dimensions below).
Are you fully insured in case of broken items?
Yes. While our track record remains flawless in terms of damages to goods, we are insured for up to £10,000 in damages with our Goods in Transit Cover.
